Saying Hi!

I just dropped by to say HI coz ive been busy and “pressured” with my ITIL training and certification.
Backgrounder ITIL is the core or foundation about how HP is providing their Services. We are ISO 20,000 certified I love the training but its quite hard to internalize with all the concepts, metrics, and relations
